What do I need to bring with me?
1. You will need to bring one piece of valid ID (e.g. Driving Licence) which you will leave in our possession until the bike is returned.
2. Ensure you have suitable funds available in your account as we take a £100 security deposit per bike, which is refunded on return of the bikes as long as they are not damaged.
3. A water bottle would probably be a good idea!
Do you have kids helmets?
Yes! We have kids helmets that fit 47-54cm and 50-57cm heads and our standard adult helmets fit heads that are 54-61cm in diameter.
Do you deliver?
We're happy to deliver within Poole, however if you live further away then additional costs may apply. Please contact us first if you would like the bikes delivered.
Can we hire for a whole weekend?
Generally we are happy to hire for a whole weekend, but please get in touch to arrange this.
Where is best place to ride?
We recommend cycling over to Studland as you can cross on the Sandbanks ferry, ride to Old Harry Rocks, go for a swim in the sea and grab some lunch at a bike friendly pub.
Can we park at Wheelie Bike Hire?
We have a large free car park where you can park your car while you're out riding.
